AGADI (Atemgas-Analysator zur Krebsfrühdiagnose) is one of our projects which is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (short: BMBF)). In this project a respiratory gas diagnosting device based on optoacoustic technology is implemented and evaluated, which can be used for “on-site analysis” in medical facilities, such as hospitals and medical practices. The system aims to deliver non-invasive lung cancer diagnoses within a few minutes at an early, potentially curative stage.
The Research Center in Borstel (Forschungszentrum Borstel (Leibniz Lungenzentrum)) as well as the Medical Laser Center (Medizinische Laserzentrum in Lübeck (kurz: MLL)) are our well-known cooperation partners in the projekt AGADI. |
